POSLAJU


Salam SKARFers,

We are seriously thinking of changing our courier provider from Poslaju to others. Although we heard a lot of complains regarding Poslaju service before this, but personally as a seller and a buyer, we never encounter any problems before. But these few days, we experienced one after another disappointment of Poslaju service (not as serious as lost parcel or what soever but still...)
1- Delivery of parcel starts to get delayed, more than 3 days.
2- Service at Pos Office is super slow, why can't they create 1 dedicated Poslaju counter?
3- Today, switched parcel!? Because I'm really positive I checked correctly (because there's only 2 parcel I sent on that particular day) so A received B's skarf and B received A's skarf! OMG! This must have happened during the officer pull out the form for scanning/punched and got mixed up *sigh. Lucky both A & B are from KL area, so we have to manually pick up and send back the correct one to both.

So, alternative courier service would be Nationwide, what say you? Any experience/comments to share? Because its the nearest courier service available here ;)
